Life at Jubilee Academy is fun, enjoyable and enriching. In this section you will locate all of the information that you require to synchronise seamlessly with our school life.
Our gates and doors open at 8.30am and close at 8.40am prompt.Children should enter through either of the gates on Tintern Crescent and go through to classes. The playground gate will close at 8.40am with the main office gate remaining open for any children who arrive after 8.40am to sign in at the office.
Any children who arrive after 8.40am must be brought to the School Office to be signed in. It is very important that your child arrives to school on time – pupils who are late miss an important part of their lesson, as well as disrupting other children. . If your child arrives at school after 8.40am, they must be brought to the office and will be marked with a code L. Registers close at 9.10am, any pupil arriving after 9.10am will be marked with a code U. This is classed as an unauthorised absence and does affect your child’s attendance and can result in the Education Welfare Service being involved.
Each class has an individual timetable for the week, with daily Maths and English lessons for all children along with a wide variety of other subjects including science, PE, French, music, PSHE, geography and history.
Gates and doors open at 8.30am for all classes and remain open until 8.40am which is the start of our school day.

Please note on Fridays all children have lunch 11.30-12.15pm.
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 finish school at 3.10pm. These year groups attend the academy for 32hours and 30 minutes in a typical week.
Years 3 – 6 finish school at 3.15pm. These year groups attend the academy for 32hours and 55 minutes in a typical week.
